Wir kaufen seit Jahren die Hoodies und Regenbekleidung für unseren Hugo und sind damit mehr als zufrieden. Nun haben wir uns für das kühlende Autobett entschieden und sind leider sehr enttäuscht. Es hat gar keine Polsterung und auch die Ränder sind nicht stabil. Hugo rutscht hin und her sodass er nicht zur Ruhe kommt. Der Preis ist vollkommen unangemessen. Schade. Ich empfehle sparkpaws trotzdem, aber nur für die Bekleidung.

As I’ve said in multiple emails to cust services the concept is great but I think the car bed has some design flaws. 1. There is no strap to contain the pup in the car bed. 2. It does slide on leather seats. 3. Unless you have a large suv or a larger sedan, the xl will drape over the seat edge. 3. There is no seat belt tether to keep the bottom in place so if your dog slides the bed will go with it. 4. I find it insulting that was asked to send a video of me installing the bed into my car for proof that was doing it correctly. I’ve had 3 car beds since I got my puppy last year (he grew fast) and i feel I’m pretty well versed on car beds at this point.

Leider bin ich das erste Mal nicht zufrieden. Ich habe schon einige Hoodies bei Ihnen bestellt und war immer sehr zufrieden. Aber das Hundbett ist absolut nicht stabil Schade das ich es nicht zurück schicken kann. Der Stoff ist super aber die Stabilität gar nicht. Leider kann ich es nicht weiterempfehlen!!!!

The fabric is nice, but the item is poorly made. It appears in the image to have structure (even suggesting it can be used in places other than a car) but it does not. The strap is not effective for the size of the bed. Customer service was u helpful. Largely we like the fabric but it just hangs on the car seats, no matter how many configurations of the strap securing we try. The item is not secure and flops on the seat like a quilt not a dog bed.

The new car cooling seat needs way more safety features on it. There is nothing to hold it down so it doesn’t slide all around. God forbid that you had to slam on the brakes and pup and seat would go straight through the window

Tissus rafraichissant au top ! Longues siestes, avec la tête posée sur les boudins. Par contre, niveau conception, les tirettes qui permettent le retrait des boudins pour nettoyage se trouve dans la zone de couchage. Il aurait été mieux de les mettre en dessous car, étant à portée de dents... Mon chiot l' a cassé en 3j. 😕

Complete waste of money. Its not rigid enough to support a dog. There is only one strap at the back so it just slides off the seat and there is nothing cooling about it.

I have already wrote an email to your team explaining that nothing in the bed that I purchase on your website is good. It is not fitting a car back seat and is definitively to floppy. I didn't have the time yet to make pictures and send them to your customer services in order to be reimbursed but I'll do soon. This is a good point but it doesn't change the fact that this bed is not appropriate for the purpose it is sold for and pets are not in security in it. I definitively regret my purchase but I am not suprised when I saw that it was shipped from China.

I bought the frostcore bed to use in the car. It feels cool to the touch when the car is cool, but it warms up in heat. It also slides around the seat, so the dog is not so secure. Disappointed in the quality and the fit.

False advertising at its best. The product in your pictures holds its form even when away from wall/ seat supports. This is not the case in reality. It’s very floppy and poorly made. The attachment strap is inadequate for the size of the bed and also doesn’t allow for seatbelt attachment. Very disappointing.

Bought great leashes on spark paws before but this one is just super disappointing and a complete waste of money. There is no option to attach the dog / leach to the bed. This is standard in Germany since it is required by law that dogs are secured properly. Also the bed is very wobbly and nowhere near the stability shown in the pictures. If it wasn’t that they ship from China (which is also not clear on the website) I would definitely return this since the quality is super poor. Cooling effect is okish but not comparable to real cooling mats. Best Christina

Its not as structured and firm like in the photos, I let it sit out for a few days bc it was vacuum sealed, but very disappointed with the quality and flimsiness. I would return it if I could.
