Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 3.7 / 5 from 10 reviews.
I bought the cooling mat in two different colours and sizes. The surface texture wasn't as soft as I was expecting, but my dog seems to really love them much more than I thought! I've caught him flat out snoring away on them more than once now, so I'd say that's a win. I also bought the cooling vest, and it fits him well but we haven't had a chance to give it a proper try yet. Overall, I'm happy with the purchases.
Very good quality but not really cool.
Its lovely he like it🥰
For some reason my dog is not fond of it yet. Hope he starts using it
Frostcore™ Cooling Mat - Hearts Ash Blue
Store owner replied: Hello Gerry, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that your pup hasn’t taken to the Frostcore™ Cooling Mat yet. Some dogs may need a little time to get comfortable with a new resting spot, especially during the first few uses. We recommend placing the mat in one of their favorite areas or spots where they usually relax to help encourage them to try it. Our Frostcore™ cooling fabric works through contact-based heat transfer, which helps pull heat away from your dog’s body when they lie on it. The cooling sensation is designed to be noticeable through contact, and the mat naturally re-cools after releasing the absorbed heat. Someone from our team will reach out if needed, or you may contact us directly at service@sparkpaws.com. Best, Spark Paws Team

クーリングマットの表面に細かくステッチ(ハート型)が施されていて、犬が寝返りを打ってもしっかりとフィットするようにできていました。マット表面のサラッとした冷たい質感も良く、また犬の抜け毛も付き難く清潔感があります。
The mat is not a very good quality and isn't cooling at all. The smell of cheap plastic lingers for a long time. Not worth the money at all
